Malwarebytes Anti-Malware’s New Look

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware has a spiffy new look. Version 2.1.4.1018 has just been released and besides sporting a cleaner, modern look, it also has a few upgrades that may not be obvious at first. For example, the new version has improved root-kit detection and removal. It also automatically updates before running a scan so that you have the latest protection database when scanning. A bug with the next scheduled scan not showing up properly has also been fixed, along with several notification issues.

Fortunately for us, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit stops zero-day vulnerabilities in their tracks and does not need any adjustments after installing. You simply install and continue on your merry way, knowing that it’s working behind the scenes.

What do Add-ons do?

They add additional features to your browser and allow you to customize your browsing experience.

Firefox has plenty of add-ons, grouped into 14 Categories, available at the Mozilla Add-ons website.
