This is a friendly reminder that Microsoft’s Free Windows 10 Upgrade offer will be ending soon. According to a windows.com blog post, the free upgrade offer will be ending on July 29.

In Windows 10, the default folder when opening File Explorer is Quick Access. I prefer to view My Computer whenever I open File Explorer and fortunately in Windows 10, that can easily be achieved.
One of the new features of Windows 10 is the ability to automatically change the default printer to whichever was last used. This setting is On by default.

In less than three weeks Microsoft will begin notifying users who reserved Windows 10, that their reserved upgrade is ready to be installed. According to a Microsoft blog post, not everyone is going to be notified on the first day that their upgrade is ready because the upgrade will be released in waves.
It’s official, Windows 10 arrives July 31! You may have already noticed a new icon sitting in your notification area (system tray). Clicking on it will open a new window explaining how the Windows 10 upgrade works and giving you the opportunity to reserve your free copy now so that it will be available for you to install on July 31, as soon as it’s released.
